Warehouse
From 31 October 2025 all orders are shipped from our warehouses in the Netherlands and Germany.
Order processing
1–3 business days to pack and dispatch your parcel.
Delivery time
3–7 business days after the order has been processed.
No refunds after dispatch
Once your parcel has been shipped, we do not offer refunds!
Failed delivery
We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries where the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable and the parcel is returned.
